It's On Us Week of Action planned for April 2-6, 2018

The It's On Us Week of Action helps to raise awareness about sex/gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual violence. Events are aimed at empowering all Spartans to take an active role in creating a culture of caring and respect at MSU. The free events are scheduled for Monday, April 2 through Friday, April 6. Monday, April 2

  • Self-defense Workshop, 7 to 8 p.m., IM Circle Dance Studio, room 218
    Event sponsor: It's On Us Student Group

Tuesday, April 3

  • Healing Tree Craft Night, 6 to 8 p.m., MSU Union, room 50 
    Event sponsor: Residence Halls Association

Wednesday, April 4

  • Self-care Yoga, 7 to 8 p.m., Broad Art Museum, education wing
    Event sponsor: Sexual Assault Program 

Thursday, April 5

  • "The Power of One Voice," presented by guest speaker Steve Thompson, 5 to 6 p.m., Wells Hall, room B117
    Thompson, aggression services director at Central Michigan University, will discuss ways to leverage individual and collective power to confront sexual aggression and influence change. 

Friday, April 6

  • Human Teal Ribbon & Resource Fair, 5 to 6:30 p.m., Duffy Daugherty Football Building, West Shaw Lane entrance
    Event sponsor: Associated Students of MSU
